By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

I reserve the right to decline a commission.

You (the client) are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of your commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

You ( the client ) are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of your commissioned artwork for AI.

Payment is taken via Paypal Invoice & in USD

Cryptocurrency is not an acceptable form of currency.

For commissions under $500, I require payment in full and upfront.

For commissions over $500, partial payments and payment plans can be discussed.

A full refund may be requested if I haven’t started on your project. I offer partial refunds once a project is started, however the % of the refund is at my discretion and based on how much time has already been put into the project.

All prices listed under the ‘Commission Info’ page are for ONE character & approximated. The final price depends on the complexity of the piece.

For commercial use of the commissioned art there are additional costs for the license.

Deadlines must be agreed upon before an invoice is delivered.

Additional fees may apply with rush orders.

Commissions may take up to 1 week to 3 months. If anything arises during this time, you will be notified immediately. I will stay in contact with you every step of the way!

Please keep in mind these turn around times take into effect once I begin work on your commission.

Most projects have a Thumbnail stage in which the client will be asked to approve a sketch/concept before moving forward. Typically this involves rough sketches and quick color tests before moving forward.

Any minor or significant changes past the Sketch stage will add an additional fee. What qualifies as minor or significant and the cost of the fee is at my discretion.

I'm really accommodating during the entire process, so please don't hesitate to work with me while I'm working on your piece as opposed to when I'm finished.

Once the commission is finished I will only make a few free minor changes ( i.e. fixing up crucial mistakes to your character’s design. )

I (the artist) own and retain rights to publish the artwork (and all progress works related to the project) in print and online unless otherwise specified at the time of agreement in writing.

You (the client) of the custom art, are allowed personal usage rights. This does not mean you are allowed to mass produce, alter or use the artwork commercially nor remove my signature.

For commercial use of the artwork, terms of usage are negotiated in the contract agreement.

Unless agreed otherwise, I post all my finished works in some form or other to my social media and portfolio. I would prefer you retweet/reblog/share my post as opposed to reposting it yourself. However, if you do repost, you must credit me when sharing artwork anywhere outside of my galleries.
